total newbie here so excuse what might be a basic question.
when I sail my P16 the mast rotates when I come about and it slams the stops pretty hard - is this normal? the P16 has no rotation adjuster arm, and i have it rigged as/per prindle manual.
am i missing something?

does it slam hard because the mast sticks... and then does the full rotation in one quick movement?
On my boat the mast rotates fluidly, and therefore glides with the sail angle through the tack. Eventually it hits the rotational stop, but doesn't "slam"

what mast bearing are you using? maybe it needs replacing.
