We have this little island up here in Canada called Vancouver Island. Its almost exactly 1000 kilometers around (625 mi) and its situated in some of the most incredibly beautiful areas of the world.
I'm going to do a timed run around it next summer and invite a few other fast cats to join me on my Hobie 21. Looking to keep the whole adventure under 1 week so we'll be pulling some long days. The idea is in its infancy but I'm confident that with proper planning, this can be completed relatively safely. Stop fretting over the demise of the Worrell 1000 and lets make a replacement!!
