Does anyone know for sure what a good choice of fabric to make a trampoline? I have an AMF Trac-16cat and the original is usable but looking tough. Brought it to a seemstress and we're trying to find the most suitable material to make a replacement out of. AMF spares are hard to find. Would also be thrilled to hear anyones advice concerning finding parts for this seemingly rare boat. Thanks in advance! Greg. Minnesota.

and the amish who advertise the cat tramps on ebay would surely be able to do everything for you if you either sent them the old tramp or good measurements

The name of the material is Shelter-rite. It is pretty expensive and suppliers are hard to find. Ship sandblasters use it in giant sheets to contain their blasting dust.

Greg, or anyone else for that matter..
I have a roll of HOBIE FACTORY MESH in black, it is identical to hobies tramps. The roll is 80'' wide so those big Hobie 20 tramps can be made from it too. I was tempted to make a bunch of tramps but,,, finding the proper grommet dies for my industrial grommet machine have come up fruitless. Any way I will sell this fabric by the yard. And I know its the best stuff and almost impossible to find. Buy one of those amish tramps and you get what you pay for (thats all I will say about that).
Price is $20 per yard plus shipping.
