Both members of the Youth Crew shall be under 19 years of age at the start of the event on July 21, 2006. (This modifies IHCA rule 17.7) Governing rules: The Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008, the current Class Rules, and this Notice of Race, except as altered by the Sailing Instructions. Weigh-in: Boats and teams may be weighed at any time during the event. Boats: This is a Bring Your Own Boat event. Insurance: All competitors must show proof of liability insurance of at least $100,000. Advertising: Category C as defined by the Racing Rules of Sailing. Scoring: The low point scoring system will be used. Accommodations: A limited number of RV sites are available at SHBCC. Tent camping spots are also available.
