I ran across a Craigslist ad for a 14' NACRA

It does not look like any NACRA I have ever seen before. Look at the second photo at the hull shape and the fourth photo at the transom.
I did a google search on NACRA 14 but only found NACRA 14 squares and they have dagger boards and this does not.

I saw the ad and that's the same thing I thought, homebuild. I guess to some all catamarans are NACRAS -

It's a 14 foot cat with bolted on transoms, and the mast is long enough to need spreaders?
