Complete Hooter kit for a Hobie 14 catamaran (specifically) but should fit any cat to 16 feet. I had a similar kit that fit a Getaway perfectly.
Everything you need is included:
--2 piece carbon fiber pole. 10.5 feet long
--swaged whisker lines to connect to bow tangs
--Mast tang, shackle and Harken pulley for uphaul
--Harken lower furler with fairlead
--Upper furler
--Halyard
--Nice Trophy spun-Dacron sheet
--siderail(chainplate) reinforcement (anchor bolt, pin and bow tang from Hobie 16)
--Mast cleat (for halyard)
--barberhauler kit (eyelets, fiddle blocks, rings, lance cleats)
--1:2 furling set up(furls sail in 1 second!!)
--furler jam cleat
And, of course, a Whirlwind Kevlar Laminate Reacher with sail bag. Used, but in very nice shape.

The sail was set up to sheet at the standard location of the Turbo jib blocks on a Hobie 14. If you don't have a Turbo, you would have to install the jib block support wires or (if you are installing on a different boat) move the sheeting point to the rear beam.
To install the kit, you would have to:
1: Drill and rivet the mast tang on the mast
2: (recommended) Drill holes in the lip of the deck to install the side rail chainplate supports
3: (Optional) drill holes in the front crossbar castings for the barber hauler blocks
4: Drill a hole and install a bolt for the pole attachment
This kit may seem a little pricey, but there is a lot of hardware included and the sail alone is $650 new!!
