Removing Neoprene from Side Rails

Take a heat gun and a pair of gloves. Start one corner by hand. Then pull it back with your gloves and heat the glue. It should peel off rather easy at this point. Careful not to get it too hot as you will melt your gelcoat. Any pieces that you miss with this meathod can be cleaned up with MEK and rubber gloves.

This worked great. Though it took about 4 hours.
